ADMISSIONS

  1. The school will accept all admissions as stipulated under the requirements of the Right to Education Act.
  2. Admissions are open to Grade 1, Grade 6 and Grade 11.
  3. Admissions to other Grades [except Grade 10 and 12] are considered based on the availability of seats. Please contact our Admission Coordinator to check the availability of seats.
  4. For fresh admission, parents should apply in the prescribed forms along with the Enrolment Agreement and Birth Certificate.

NEW STUDENTS

When your child joins the school he/she will be in a mixed-ability class of girls and boys under the guidance of their class teacher. Contact with their class teacher will vary according to which Year Group your child is in. However, if any problem arise, your first point of contact would be the class teacher. We see this link as a two-way process and we may, from time to time, contact you for further sharing of information. It is vital that we have your contact details and update the contact information in your child’s diary, if there is a change.

No matter how big or small a problem may be, we are always available to talk, although prior notice is much appreciated.

GENERAL INFORMATION

St. Jude’s Global School & Junior College

Our class timings for Grades 1 to Grade 8 are from 08.20 am to 2.40 pm Monday through Friday.

After School Extended Day Programmes start from 02.50 pm to 3.50 pm Monday through Friday.

Little Kingdom Gem Kids Kindergarten & Playschool

Admissions are offered for the following programmes:

  • PreK- Level 1  – 18 months to 24 months
  • PreK- Level 2  – Two to Three years
  • PreK- Level 3 – Three to Four years
  • Kindergarten   – Four to Six years

PreK programmes start from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm.

Kindergarten Programmes start from 09.00 am to 12.50 pm followed by After-school Programmes till 2:50 pm.

Daycare facility

Daycare facility is available for children above 18 month.

Special daycare facility is provided before and after school hours.
