GUIDELINE ON JUDEAN LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The responses of the “Have Your Say” Online survey for parents evidenced that 96% of the parents are happy about the online classes being conducted by the School. As suggestions from students and parents for enhancing the effectiveness, most have proposed the school to adopt a blended learning platform with both real-time face to face interactive classes and recorded classes. The school has accordingly partnered with Global India Foundation and a leading US based company for providing LMS that provides a wide range of teaching-learning features that suit each individual student.
Accordingly, we are pleased to inform all parents and students the following:
- The classes will be delivered through Google Meet that would nullify the present constraints related to zoom platform.
- The link to login to the LMS along with exclusive username and password will be shared individually from the LMS Coordinator.
- Attendance details, exam/test results, fee payment links, performance reports, links to various application forms required by parent/student, links to individual teacher contact and communications etc. are made available in the LMS and may contact the help desk through the platform for any queries
- Currently with a lot of communication pouring into our email and chat boxes, tracking and responding are becoming impossible. To ensure that no communication is unattended, students and parents are requested to use the chat, email boxes given in the LMS. It also helps prompt replies, review and tracking of replies, feedback etc. Any communication made after 01/09/2020 which has not been responded to by the school should be resent through the LMS system.
- The school will be providing unique accounts for all students and parents free of cost. All future communication will take place through these email accounts. The same way individual parent accounts will also be provided to help you access the platform and monitor your ward’s progress.
- The students can anytime access the LMS with no time restriction and take classes, download digital notes, access question banks, raise their doubts on the forums, have debates, discussions and are offered a wide range of supplementary learning materials including gamified learning. Interesting activities, exercises and games for body, mind and brain like Yoga, Brain Gym etc are also included.
- Exams and tests are also conducted through the LMS. Marks and Grading of the exam along with corrections, teacher remarks will be available through the LMS.
- The schedule of Face to Face classes, recorded classes, discussions, tests etc. will be available in your LMS platform.
Our LMS is set to provide an awesome learning experience to our children bringing 10X Future education here and now. The information for login with username and password would be intimated individually from the LMS office. For any technical support, our IT and technical teams will be pleased to assist.
